Mesh & Bar seeks an experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our Glendenning production floor, overseeing rebar and prefabricated products.
You will manage three team leaders, coordinate schedules, and drive safety, quality and throughput on the afternoon shift.
You will mentor operators and fabricators, monitor KPIs, and report on output and labour hours.
This role requires hands-on leadership and strong WHS knowledge to keep downtime low and standards high.
