Kaisercraft Pty is seeking a Retail Manager for a new store in Nambour, Queensland. The role is casual and situated at a temporary site, with 20–25 hours per week.
Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will guide a small team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage rosters, recruit and train staff, and ensure strong store presentation.
Ideal candidates have prior retail supervisory experience, the ability to coach others, and a passion for selling Kaisercraft products.
