Ability Action Australia's Western Sydney team is seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners of all experience levels in Penrith, Blacktown or Windsor.
You will support NDIS participants, assess needs and develop person-centered plans, owning the delivery of evidence-based supports in a complex environment.
You will drive meaningful goals within a multidisciplinary team, mentor less experienced practitioners, and enjoy true flexibility to balance work and life in a supportive setting.
