Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Contractor) Position
K.I.N. Care Services QLD is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team as an independent contractor.
This role is suited to an established practitioner who is already assessed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner and is confident in managing their own caseload, stakeholder engagement, and report writing.
The successful contractor will work autonomously while receiving ongoing clinical oversight, supervision, mentoring, and quality assurance from a senior practitioner. All behaviour support plans will be reviewed in accordance with organisational quality requirements and NDIS Commission expectations regarding behaviour support services.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Analysis, Education, Counselling, Human Services, Disability Studies or related discipline.
- Recognised by the NDIS Commission as a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years' experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support services.
