Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the Bar team during service
- Maintaining service standards across the floor, bar, and rooftop
- Opening and closing the venue
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues on the spot
- Supporting the venue manager with rostering, training, and daily ops
- Keeping the team energised and the floor running smooth — even on the big nights
About you
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
- Experience in high turnover cocktail bars. Strong knowledge of beverage operations.
- Cool under pressure — you've worked a busy service on a Saturday night and loved it.
- RSA certified. RMLV and Approved Manager License highly regarded.
- Someone who leads by example, not just by title.
