Position Overview
With continued growth, we're looking for a Dogging and Rigging Trainer/Assessor to join our team.
This role is based at our Bankstown training facility and involves delivering training for a range of nationally recognised courses, including some of the following units:
CPCCLRG3001 - Licence to perform rigging basic level
CPCCLDG3001- Licence to perform dogging
Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation.
- Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.
- Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of one of the qualifications listed above.
- Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Must hold SafeWork HRW licence (DG, RB)
- Hold a current SafeWork Accredited Assessor Card to conduct HRW Assessments
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience and be able to demonstrate currency
- Experience in delivering courses in training environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
