Now we're looking for experienced, qualified support workers to join our Gippsland team, providing one-on-one care in people's homes across the Latrobe Valley, Warragul, Drouin and West Gippsland.
The work
You’ll help aged care and disability participants live independently, with dignity and the quality of life they deserve. Your days will include:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Social support and community access
- Transport to appointments and activities
Shifts are a minimum of 2 hours, with longer shifts available depending on participant needs. Occasional weekend and overnight (sleepover) shifts are available by agreement.

Requirements
- [Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and/or at least 6 months' paid experience in aged care or disability support. Confirm your minimum.]
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Proof of working rights in Australia
- Availability Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm
- Based in or near Morwell, Traralgon, Rosedale, Maffra, Sale, Warragul, Drouin or Bairnsdale
- Also needed
- Confidence with workplace technology (e. g. Alaya Care, intranet) and a smartphone with internet access and a current operating system
- Good understanding of WHS requirements for hazard and incident logging and management
- Physical capability for manual handling, domestic assistance and personal care tasks
