You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Service Coordinators and Educators
  • Driving service quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Building trusted partnerships with schools, families and local communities
  • Supporting engaging, child-focused programs across your portfolio

  • Coaching leaders through performance, development and growth opportunities
  • Supporting incident management, risk and safety outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen services and deliver exceptional experiences for children

What's In It For You?

  • Ongoing leadership development and career progression opportunities
  • 50% childcare discount plus eligible government subsidies
  • Employee referral rewards of up to $1,000
  • Health, wellbeing and lifestyle discounts
  • A genuine opportunity to make a lasting impact across multiple communities

Qualifications

You might already be a Region Manager, Area Manager or Operations Leader. Or perhaps you're a high-performing Coordinator ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role? You will bring with you:

  • A Diploma qualification or higher in an ACECQA-approved field
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams
  • Outstanding relationship-building ability

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Passion for delivering quality programs and supporting communities
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities across a fast-paced portfolio
  • Experience within education, OSHC, children's services, health, recreation, sport or community-focused environments will be highly regarded.

At Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities.
