JUNI Melbourne is a high energy Pan-Asian restaurant and bar in the heart of Melbourne. We're looking for casual bar and beverage staff to join our fun, dynamic bar team. About the Role
As a member of our bar team, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-quality experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Working confidently and efficiently during busy service periods.
- Completing set up and pack down of the bar and maintaining a clean and organised workspace throughout service.
- Working closely with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
About You
- 1–2+ years of bartending experience, ideally in a busy restaurant, cocktail bar or high-volume hospitality venue.
- Confident preparing a range of classic cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages.
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid Victorian RSA.
