Audika Australia is hiring an Outbound Call Centre Representative to join our Customer Care team.
This remote, 12-month maximum contract offers the chance to work from anywhere in Australia while supporting hearing care campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll handle outbound calls, book free hearing tests, manage CRM records, and provide empathetic service in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Previous contact centre experience is essential.
