We're currently looking for a reliable, experienced Cook / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help us continue delivering consistently great food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for running your own section and contributing to daily service and prep, while maintaining high standards across food quality, safety, and consistency.

• Running a section during service with confidence and efficiency
• Daily food preparation and cooking to a high standard
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and temperature controls
• Portioning and quality control
• Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment temperatures

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced pub or similar kitchen
• Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or 3+ years' experience in lieu)
• Can work independently and under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Takes pride in producing well‐executed, consistent food
• Has strong organisation and communication skills
• Works well in a team and can help guide others when needed
• Is solutions‐focused, proactive, and calm during service
• Holds a Food Handling Certificate
• Is available for nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Has full working rights in Australia
