Our agility means we can say ‘yes’ when others say ‘no’, delivering personalised banking that helps businesses access the funding they need, when they need it. Relationships matter here – with our customers and with each other.
Our culture is a multi-award-winning place to work. We firmly believe that culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and that the most important investment we can make is in our people. Our values of Trust, Teamwork, Accountability and Performance guide how we work every day. We think differently, invite new ideas, and create an environment where people feel they belong and are empowered.
Now, about this opportunity… The People Experience Coordinator is the ‘engine room’ of our P&C team – you are the person that makes the magic happen!
Day to day, you will be working closely with our P&C business partners, delivering people processes that provide great team member experiences from onboarding to saying ‘farewell’ and everything in between. Data is in our DNA, and this role is critical in maintaining the accuracy and availability of our people data and reporting.
If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:
- You will coordinate team member ‘moments that matter’ throughout their time at Judo, including welcoming new starters, seamless execution of team member changes (e.g., promotions), and managing leaver activities.
- Collaborate closely with our P&C business partners, acting as the hub of the P&C team to deliver streamlined, accurate, and engaging processes that enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain the integrity of people data in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ELMO, acting as the trusted custodian for accurate and timely information across all modules including onboarding, learning and compliance.
- Deliver monthly P&C reporting, including headcount, attrition and compliance reports to support organisational decision-making and improvements.
- Support Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting, and other ad-hoc surveys, projects and reporting as needed.
- Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team to deliver a great team member experience.
As a small and agile P&C team, you will work closely with all areas of the P&C function to help deliver an incredible employee experience.

- Prior experience working in a dynamic People and Culture team.
- A history of managing people processes and workflows, and enhancing experiences.

- Proactive self-starter who is solution-oriented.
- A curious learner with an innovation mindset.
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
