JSW Powersports is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, safety-focused and hardworking Yard & Logistics Coordinator – Forklift Operator to join our award-winning team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the safe movement, loading, unloading, positioning and organisation of boats, Sea-Doo watercraft, Can-Am vehicles and other products throughout our dealership, warehouse and yard. You'll play a key role in keeping our yard organised, ensuring stock is moved efficiently and safely, and preparing products for customer deliveries. You’ll be working with some of Australia's leading marine and powersports brands, including Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Malibu Boats, Axis Wake, Sea Fox, Cobalt, Bennington, Fliteboard and SEABOB.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the dealership, warehouse and yard
- Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and transport vehicles
- Moving boats, Sea-Doo watercraft, Can-Am vehicles, trailers, pallets and other products
- Unloading incoming stock and placing products in their designated locations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient yard
- Ensuring stock is stored safely and accessibly
- Assisting with regular stocktakes and inventory checks
- Assisting transport companies and drivers with loading and unloading
General Responsibilities
- Maintaining forklifts, equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Completing daily checks of forklifts and equipment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Ensuring safe operating procedures are followed at all times
- Taking care when handling high-value boats, vehicles and watercraft
- Assisting with general warehouse and dealership duties when required
- Supporting other departments during busy periods
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable and takes pride in keeping a busy yard organised. To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Highly Regarded
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Forklift operation in a warehouse, yard or dealership environment
- Moving boats, trailers or other large products
- Marine, automotive or powersports industries
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Warehouse or logistics operations
- Stock control and inventory management
- Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge
