About the Role
As a Permanent Educator, you'll
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Support children's individual learning, development and wellbeing
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to observations, planning and Storypark documentation
- Work collaboratively with your Lead Educator and wider team
- Bring your ideas and creativity to the learning environment
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for every child
About You
You're a warm, reliable and collaborative educator who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children.
You'll bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A genuine passion for children's learning and development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive and team-focused approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check Completed National Child Safety Training (GECKO)
