Journey Early Learning Parap is opening a new 98‑place centre in November 2026 and seeks an Educational Leader to shape early learning practice from day one. You’ll partner with the Centre Manager and founding team to embed high‑quality pedagogy, mentor educators, and establish a culture of quality, reflection and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead on pedagogy, coach educators, and embed EYLF principles across the service, building strong educator capability and a thriving team culture.
