Journey Early Learning Brisbane Airport is seeking a passionate Centre Manager to lead our 75 place centre. This role offers the opportunity to shape a culture, grow a team, and create something you’re genuinely proud of.
The centre is rated Exceeding and has received great feedback from families. You’ll be leading a team that already does great work, with time to coach your team, get to know families, and focus on running the centre. You’ll have a dedicated Centre Quality Manager and support from our operations, people, and pedagogy teams.

You might be an experienced Centre Manager or an accomplished Assistant Centre Manager ready to step up. Either way, you’re someone who:
- Leads by example and brings out the best in others

- Is passionate about educational quality and continuous improvement
- Balances the people side of leadership with operational demands
- Understands occupancy, budgets, rostering, centre performance, and compliance

You’ll also need:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous Centre Manager experience or strong Assistant Centre Manager leadership experience
- Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid qualifications
- Completed National Child Safety Training
