Journey Beyond is seeking a Reservations Consultant to join our team in the Whitsundays.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them discover and book memorable experiences and reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager.
You will handle enquiries across email, phone, web chat and direct sources, manage bookings, process payments, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliations while delivering outstanding service on-site.
