We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Storeperson to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a hands‐on approach, good organisational skills and confidence assisting customers and using computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for collection or delivery.
Customer Service: Assist customers in person, answer phone calls and respond to customer emails.
Order Processing: Take customer orders and accurately enter them into our computer system.
Stock & Warehouse Duties: Conduct stocktakes, assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Collections & Deliveries: Collect goods from suppliers and deliver customer orders.
Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift within the warehouse, subject to holding the appropriate licence.
Experience and Qualities We're Looking For
A current driver's licence is required; an automatic licence is sufficient.
A forklift licence is desirable but not mandatory.
Previous warehouse or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
Good attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
A reliable, helpful approach and commitment to working safely.
