JLL is seeking an Operations Manager for its Property & Asset Management team in Australia. The role is part-time (3 days per week) and on-site at Sale, VIC.
You will be the on-site heartbeat, coordinating risk, budgets, maintenance programs, contractor relationships, and compliance to ensure peak asset performance.
You will balance stakeholder needs, lead audits and safety programs, oversee procurement, and prepare monthly reports.
