  • Reporting directly to the Global Engineering Lead, the role will provide regional leadership of engineering operations, technical governance, asset management, reliability and continuous improvement, supporting the delivery of integrated facilities management services across the portfolio.
  • The role will work closely with the Account Director as the primary regional stakeholder, maintaining strong alignment between global engineering standards, regional business priorities and client expectations.

  • Manages PPM compliance (95% target) and reactive maintenance, acting as regional escalation point for engineering issues and overseeing specialist service provider performance.
  • Leads asset management initiatives, ensuring accurate CMMS data, asset lifecycle visibility, and reliability strategies (preventive/predictive maintenance, risk-based planning, condition assessments).

  • Supports budget planning, cost optimisation, and financial forecasting, while leading team engagement, capability development, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
