We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.

What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL, you take full ownership of project delivery from initial establishment through to handover and closure, managing between 5 and 8 projects simultaneously across various stages. You bring a high level of subject matter expertise, allowing you to produce deliverables independently with minimal guidance from senior team members, while also validating and overseeing the work of Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to bring out the best in every participant, aligning diverse contributions to maximize outcomes for all stakeholders. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and as a Project Manager, you play a central role in creating that environment for your project teams. You will be responsible for budget management, programme development, risk oversight, contract administration, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality across every phase of delivery, all while representing JLL's commitment to excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Complete monthly project deliverables including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Anticipated Cost Reports, and meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Establish and manage project budgets in line with client requirements, forecasting expenditure to achieve on-budget completion.
  • Develop detailed overall project programmes with clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date risk register throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare Project Control Group (PCG) reports and attend PCG meetings as required.
  • Chair weekly project meetings, ensuring timely issuance of agendas and minutes.
  • Lead RFP preparation, scope writing, and tendering processes.
  • Drive value engineering and buildability analysis, critically reviewing design and documentation to minimize risk and maximize outcomes.
  • Negotiate and award contracts, and administer contracts with clients, consultants, and suppliers to protect the commercial interests of both the client and JLL.

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline, or a related field.
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience, or a combination of formal education and experience exceeding ten (10) years, with at least four years related to Design, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining Anticipated Cost Reports, including cash flows and accruals.
  • Proven ability to review variations, vet supporting documentation, and obtain timely client approvals.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental systems within areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively run projects in the absence of a Senior Project Manager or Director.
  • Experience managing project close-out processes, including financial close-out and contractual documentation such as as-builts, deeds of release, and client training.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Current AGSVA security clearance, or the demonstrated ability to obtain one.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering final products that positively represent organizational standards.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Safety and Environmental Plans with active compliance oversight.
  • A collaborative approach to working with clients, consultants, and vendors, reflecting JLL's culture of collaboration locally and across the globe.
  • Comfort working within innovative project delivery frameworks, embracing more effective ways of managing complex projects.
