Johnsons MME is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advisory Administrator to join our team in Albury. This role supports our Financial Advisory team in delivering high-quality service to our clients. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, client documentation, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the advisory division.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing administrative support to our Financial Advisers
- Managing client records and compliance documentation
- Preparing reports, forms, and client correspondence
- Liaising with clients and product providers to follow up information
- Assisting with appointment bookings and diary management
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services or professional services
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
