Make an impact where data, inventory and dealer performance come together. At John Deere, our parts network plays a critical role in keeping our customers productive.
We’re looking for a Senior Parts Management Analyst to partner with our John Deere dealer network and help optimise dealer parts inventory performance, balancing parts availability, dealer profitability and customer needs. This is more than a reporting role. You’ll turn data and commercial insights into action, build trusted relationships with dealer stakeholders, and influence decisions that improve inventory performance and parts availability.
The Opportunity: This role sits at the intersection of analytics, supply chain, commercial performance and dealer relationships. You’ll work closely with an assigned portfolio of John Deere dealers, using data and insights to identify opportunities, improve inventory outcomes and support better decision-making. As inventory management continues to evolve through new analytics, technology, and greater self-service capability, you’ll also play an important role in helping dealers navigate change and continuously improve how they manage their parts inventory.
What You’ll Do: Working with an assigned portfolio of John Deere dealers, you will:
- Partner with dealer management to improve inventory performance and parts availability.
- Analyse inventory performance, identify trends and turn data into practical recommendations.
- Influence dealers to adopt inventory management best practices and support continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships across the John Deere dealer network and internal stakeholders.
- Support pre-season parts planning and contribute dealer insights into John Deere's parts planning processes.
- Lead regular performance conversations with dealers, focusing on opportunities, actions and outcomes.
- Help dealers navigate evolving inventory-management tools, reporting capabilities and processes.
- Support change as the business introduces greater self-service, automation and new technology across retail inventory management.
About You: What will make you successful? We're interested in how you think and influence just as much as the systems you’ve used. You’ll Bring:
- Experience across inventory management, supply chain, parts, distribution, demand planning or a related analytical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to turn complex information into clear actions.
- Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Commercial thinking and an understanding of the balance between inventory investment and product availability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and the confidence to work through change.
- Experience within agriculture, construction, automotive, mining, industrial equipment or another dealer/distribution environment would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you don’t need to know every John Deere system on day one. Our systems and processes can be learned. What will set you apart is your ability to analyse, build trusted relationships, influence decisions and turn insights into action.
Who We Are: Integrity. Quality. Humanity. Commitment. Innovation. These values shape who we are at John Deere. We empower our people, embrace new ideas and create solutions that make a meaningful difference for our customers and communities.

- 15% super when you choose the John Deere Mercer Super Plan.
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for new parents.
