Requirements
- PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more core business disciplines, such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Strategy or Economics
- Strong digital and analytical capabilities, including the application of AI and technology-enabled decision-making
- Current industry practice with the ability to integrate contemporary business principles (including ethics, ESG, and governance)
- Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments in Higher Education
- Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
- Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
- Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
- A student-centred approach to teaching and learning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
