- Coordination and support of internal and external training providers
- Plan, schedule and book training courses with external training providers
- Efficiently use Learning Management System (WorkDay Learning Preferred) to create accounts, create training sessions, enrol students and generate reports etc.
- Assist in the resolution of training and assessment queries and issues raised by internal customers
Requirements
- Previous experience with system coordination
- Demonstrated experience using Learning Management System or similar
- Strong time management skills including excellent planning and execution
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills
