Requirements

- Knowledge of law education, experience of online and face to face delivery of law programmes from a university background.
- Proven success leading large-scale operational teams and delivering sustainable business growth within education or corporate setting.
- Strong people leadership capabilities, with experience coaching managers, building high-performing teams, driving accountability, and leading workforce planning initiatives.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including responsibility for budgets, resource allocation, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with senior executives and external partners.
- Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills, using data and insights to inform decision‐making, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.
