Casual | Weekdays Only | Consistent Local Work
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to support older Australians in maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable homes.
This is a cleaning-focused role with real purpose. You will help clients live independently while enjoying consistent hours, recognition for your work, and genuine long-term opportunities.
About the role
You will provide regular, ongoing home cleaning services to the same clients each week or fortnight, allowing you to build familiarity and trust over time.
This is structured weekday work with consistent schedules, ideal for someone who values routine and stability rather than short-term or ad hoc shifts.
What you will be doing
- General home cleaning such as kitchens, bathrooms, and floors
- Dusting, tidying, and changing bed linen
- Light household tasks such as taking out rubbish
- Reporting any concerns about client wellbeing
- This is not a rushed cleaning job. Quality, care, and consistency are important to us.
Who this role suits
- Cleaners looking for stable, ongoing weekday work
- People who enjoy helping older Australians
- Reliable individuals who can commit to regular schedules
- Those comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided.
- Hours, pay and location
- Casual position
- $33.85 per hour including casual loading
- 15 to 25 hours per week, building up over your first few weeks
- Monday to Friday, daytime only
- Clients matched locally to your home
- Consistent weekly hours and regular clients
- Supportive team and structured onboarding
- We recognise and reward reliability and high-quality work
- Opportunities to grow into other roles within the business and beyond over time
Pay: $33.84 – $33.85 per hour
