- Part-time to start, 2-3 x 10-hour days, with potential to move to full-time
- Hours: 10:30am-8:30pm or 9:30am-7:30pm
- Must be available for occasional Saturday shifts
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience

We are a leading skin and aesthetics clinic focused on delivering a welcoming, professional experience for every client. We're looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to be the first point of contact, manage front desk enquiries and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Welcoming clients and managing front desk enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails and appointment requests
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments
- Processing payments and handling general reception administration
- Keeping the reception area and clinic presentable and organised
- Assisting with basic stock checks and ordering
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, stays organised in a busy environment and takes pride in providing great customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED...
- At least 2 years' experience in reception, customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and booking systems
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- An interest in skincare and aesthetics
- Flexibility to work the required hours and occasional Saturdays
