Location: 170 Phillip St, Sydney NSW 2000Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation About the role La Riviera Restaurant & Bar is seeking dedicated Wait Staff to provide professional table service and deliver a high-quality dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and provide information about menu items, specials and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring service standards are maintained.
- Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness in dining areas and prepare the restaurant for service.
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback, addressing service issues professionally and assisting with guest requests. Selection Criteria
- At least two years of full-time work experience as a Waiter or in a similar wait staff position. Experience in a premium dining setting is desirable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment and maintain professional service standards.
