Location: 170 Phillip St, Sydney NSW 2000Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation Employment type: Full-time About the role La Riviera Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, maintain high service standards and ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service and service coordination.
- Recruit, train and supervise restaurant staff to maintain consistent service standards.
- Monitor operating costs, sales performance, stock levels and inventory to support business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and relevant liquor licensing requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, resolve service issues and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. Selection Criteria
- A relevant qualification in hospitality management, restaurant management or a related field, or at least three years of work experience in a fine-dining restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage restaurant operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
