We focus on service standards, customer satisfaction andsafe working environments.About the RoleWe are seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff andresources, maintain service quality and support business growth.Key Responsibilities? Plan, organise and coordinate daily cleaning services across client sites.? Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards and quality controls.? Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate cleaning staff; prepare rosters and allocate duties.? Oversee procurement, stock levels and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.? Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality and resolve operational issues.? Manage client enquiries, complaints and relationships, and implement customer servicepolicies.? Prepare and monitor operational budgets, expenditure and service records.? Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and relevant industry requirements.? Promote services, identify business opportunities and support client retention.? Coordinate workforce requirements and schedules to meet contractual obligations.Skills and Qualifications? Relevant Diploma or higher qualification in business, management or a related field, orequivalent relevant industry experience.? Relevant experience in cleaning services, facilities services or operational management.? Strong leadership, workforce coordination and customer service skills.? Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals and WHS requirements.? Ability to manage budgets, schedules, service standards and multiple client sites.What We Offer?
