We’re looking for an experienced Cafe All-Rounder who can confidently handle coffee volumes of around 5kg per day solo (North Sydney).
Duties include:
- Making coffee and assisting with barista duties
- Toasting sandwiches and wraps
- Taking orders and serving customers
- General cleaning and maintaining a smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of similar café experience in Australia
- Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Clean, reliable, and strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Can troubleshoot grinder and latte art
- Prefer long term
- Willing to do unpaid trial 30mins - 1 hour during rush hour
Available 3 days at least per week (Monday–Friday, no weekends).
