Job Q is seeking 35 seasonal casual crop farm workers for the 2027 Geraldton season in Western Australia.
Positions run Feb–Jun 2027, up to 9 months, with about 120 hours every 4 weeks and an hourly rate aligned to the Horticulture Award, currently $32.18 Level 1 or $33.05 Level 2 (casual loading).
Work typically 5–6 days per week, including weekends when required. Onsite training provided and opportunities to upskill.
