The client is focused on providing Australians, quality fuels at competitive prices whilst exceeding customers' expectations with exceptional service. The client is looking for a highly motivated full time Retail Manager who has a passion for retail, a love of customers and a drive to deliver results to join the team in business. You will be responsible for complete management of the store with a focus on customer service, operational efficiency, cost control and growth and help drive the seamless execution and delivery of key business imperatives through our retail network.The managerial and administrative aspect of your role will encompass determining product mix, stock levels and service standards, selling goods, maintaining records of stock, financial transactions and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Minimum requirementAQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field 3+ years' experience in a similar role.Roles and ResponsibilitiesFormulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and setting pricesCreate and deliver daily plans and strategies to ensure store & individual budgets/targets are achievedDaily management of stock to minimise out of stocks, stock loss and maximise sales.Manage, support and develop your team to drive performance.Execute & manage visual merchandising within the storeManage and prepare budget reports, rosters, stock take and orderingPromote and advertise the establishment's goods and servicesDeal with queries, complaints and feedback from customers.Analyse sales figures and forecasting future salesMaintain awareness of market trends and monitoring competitors.Maintain records of financial transactions.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Oversee all operational aspects of the store such as stock control & rostersSkills & Qualities Required:a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Easily process payments and manage multiple suppliers, channels through quick fuel/ profit track softwareability to lead and motivate the team to meet our high service standards proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets demonstrated skills in stock managementa daily focus on drive the sales, lift the KPIs and customer centricityHow to Apply:To apply for this position, please email your resume to .
