- Providing social and emotional support to residents.
- Fostering a positive environment around teamwork and resident satisfaction.
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Providing and monitoring the care of residents
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
- Undertaking clinical assessments of residents, reporting interventions and outcomes.
- Maintaining appropriate documentation as required.
- Observing and reporting changes in resident behaviour or physical condition.
- Liaising with medical practitioners, pharmacists and other allied health services.
- Bringing your best self to the care of residents needs. Professional Requirements:
