- Experience in a cafe kitchen
- Able to prepare standard cafe breakfasts and simple lunches, including burgers, pasta and chicken katsu
- Able to manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Happy to work in a small kitchen team
- Open to bringing new ideas to the menu based on your skills and specialties
