Midori Matcha is looking for an energetic, friendly and reliable team member to join us at Preston Market on weekends. This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys sales, fast-paced service and creating a great experience for every customer. You’ll be welcoming customers, taking orders, talking them through our matcha menu, preparing front-of-house drink components, and helping keep service flowing smoothly alongside our Matcharistas.
Role details:
- Saturday + Sunday, 7:45am–3:30pm
- One 4–5 hour weekday shift in Richmond every two weeks, scheduled around your availability
- $27–$30 per hour, depending on the shift and experience
- Training provided — matcha experience is welcome but not required
We’re looking for someone who is confident speaking with customers, quick to learn, organised during busy periods, and genuinely excited about matcha and hospitality.
