Randstad partners with a leading construction business to deliver a landmark $160M multi-residential tower in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. An experienced Contracts Administrator will join the project team, owning subcontract administration, procurement, cost control and reporting from site start to completion.
You will collaborate with the Project Manager and senior commercial team, manage variations and payment schedules, and identify commercial risks while ensuring contractual obligations are met.
