#### Structures ForemanBrisbane City, QLD 4000Full Time#### Job descriptionJoin a leading Brisbane Developer Builder, as Experienced Structures Foreman helping to deliver a landmark 19-storey residential project. Your new role Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structural delivery phase while assisting in the overall coordination of site operations.Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day site activities during the structure phaseCoordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tensioning tradesDriving programme outcomes and ensuring milestone dates are achievedMaintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivityLeading and mentoring subcontractors and site personnelConducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspectionsManaging works in accordance with project documentation and ITPsAssisting with site logistics, crane coordination and material managementWorking closely with Project Engineers and Contract Administrators to resolve site issuesTo be successful, you will ideally possess:5+ years' experience as a Structures Foreman, Foreman or General Foreman on commercial or residential projectsProven experience delivering multi-storey concrete structuresStrong understanding of formwork, reinforcement and concrete methodologiesAbility to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targetsSound knowledge of Queensland construction and WHS requirementsExcellent communication and leadership skillsTrade qualification or construction-related qualification highly regardedWe are interested in candidates with experience across:High-rise residential developmentsBuild-to-Rent projectsMixed-use developmentsHotels and accommodation projectsLarge-scale commercial structuresWhat you'll get in returnOpportunity to work on a high-profile Brisbane residential projectStrong project pipeline with repeat work across future developmentsSupportive and experienced leadership teamCompetitive salary packageLong-term career progression into Senior Foreman and Site Manager positionsStable employer with a strong reputation in the Queensland market #J-18808-Ljbffr
