Your new company Join a Leading Builder Delivering Landmark Education Projects Across South East QueenslandDue to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are currently partnering with several highly regarded commercial builders seeking experienced Foremen, General Foremen and Site Managers to deliver a range of education projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.Projects include new school campuses, major refurbishments, learning centres, STEM facilities, sporting infrastructure and multi-building education precincts ranging from $10M to $150M+.These opportunities suit construction professionals with experience delivering commercial, institutional, education, health or government-funded projects who are looking to join established builders with strong repeat client relationships and long-term project pipelines.Your new role As a Foreman or Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day site operations and programme deliveryCoordinating subcontractors and site labourDriving safety, quality and environmental complianceManaging construction sequencing and site logisticsEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget and specificationsLeading site teams and maintaining high-performance site culturesBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Foreman, General Foreman or Site ManagerBackground delivering commercial, education, health, residential or government projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and subcontractorsExcellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site safetyTrade or tertiary qualifications in Construction preferredCurrent QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)Multiple permanent opportunities across BrisbaneProjects ranging from $10M to $150M+Strong pipelines of secured education workSupportive and well-resourced project teamsCareer progression into Senior Site Management and Project ManagementCompetitive salary packages based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
