- Is fluent in English and confident communicating with customers
- Is reliable, punctual and responsible
- Has a positive “can-do” attitude
- Is willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Is looking for long-term work
- Takes pride in keeping the café clean and tidy Hospitality or barista experience is a bonus, but not essential.
