We are seeking an experienced and motivated Child Care Worker to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF). • Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs appropriate to children's developmental needs. • Promote children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. • Maintain a safe, hygienic and stimulating learning environment. • Observe children's progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their development. • Assist children with meals, hygiene, rest and daily routines. • Work collaboratively with educators, families and management. • Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, workplace policies and child protection requirements.Essential Requirements • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or overseas equivalent). • At least one year of relevant full-time work experience as a Child Care Worker or Early Childhood Educator. • Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain). • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain before commencement). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.Desirable • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). • Experience working in a long day care or preschool environment. • Montessori experience or qualification valuedHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter with referees outlining your suitability for the position to:Email: Applications close 23rd November 2026.Rosemont House Montessori Pty Ltd is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates.Login is optional, you may send application via email
