The Opportunity:
- Join a highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team advising on major infrastructure and front-end projects across a wide variety of sectors.
- You’ll act for developers, contractors, and all levels of government on complex and large-scale matters, with direct client contact and scope to take your career to the next level.
The Role:
- Draft and negotiate front-end construction and commercial agreements.
- Advise on procurement models including construct only, D&C, collaborative contracting, PPPs/project finance, and O&M arrangements.
- Prepare and review tender and contract documentation.
- Advise on risk allocation, project delivery, and claims management.
- Support clients across government, aged care and retirement living, education, water, residential, waste/resource recovery, and sporting facilities projects.
