JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Canberra to support day-to-day operations for Telstra workplace environments. You will liaise with Telstra units, manage vendors (cleaning, handyman, HVAC), and ensure client service standards across sites, with after-hours availability.
You will coordinate Corrigo work orders, process invoices, assist with vendor quotes, and contribute to WHS and risk management, data analysis, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, inclusive culture
