What you’ll be doing:
- Running and supporting M&A transactions from start to finish
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, constitutions and other governance documents
- Acting on capital raisings, investment rounds and restructures
- Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, including services and supply arrangements
- Leading due diligence and coordinating deal workstreams
- Working directly with clients and giving practical, commercial advice as deals move along
What you’ll bring:
- Around 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law, from private practice or in-house (they’re open on PQE for the right person)
- Solid experience with shareholder and corporate documents
- Sharp drafting skills and the confidence to manage a transaction
- An interest in tech, startups or the venture space (experience there is a bonus)
- A commercial mindset and a natural ability to build client relationships
