As a Delivery Driver, you are often the face of our business and the person our customers interact with directly.

You will be delivering customer orders throughout the Bendigo local area as well as regional and surrounding areas.
Various delivery runs are available, depending on the position and individual requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering customer orders in a safe, timely and organised manner
- Checking orders carefully to ensure accuracy before departure
- Ensuring all customer requests and delivery instructions are followed
- Providing friendly, professional and reliable customer service
- Representing our business positively at all customer locations
- Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in an orderly manner
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance, safety or mechanical issues
- Monitoring vehicle service requirements and notifying management when servicing is due
- Maintaining a clean and presentable delivery vehicle
- Communicating any delivery issues or customer concerns to the appropriate team members
About you
- Previous delivery driving experience (essential)
- A current driver's licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional and well-presented appearance
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A reliable, responsible and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules
- A strong eye for detail when checking orders
- A current HR truck licence would be a definite advantage, although it is not essential for all positions
