JK Personnel is partnering with a multinational manufacturing business in Ballarat to recruit six welders and fabricators. This workshop role focuses on MIG welding of mild steel (3–12mm) to drawings in a busy, safety-focused environment.
Training is provided to improve baseline MIG skills in a hands-on setting. Open to trade-qualified fabricators, experienced welders who can read drawings, or skilled non-qualified operators with mechanical aptitude.
