Oroton is seeking an established Womenswear Designer to join its Mainline Apparel team in Melbourne, blending creative vision with commercial execution. You will work with the Creative Leadership team to shape seasonal collections, balancing concept with fabrications, fit and production realities.
Partner with design, production, patternmaking, garment technology and merchandising to bring collections to life, while maintaining meticulous design documentation and hands-on involvement throughout.
