Jim's Bathrooms & Resurfacing Australia & New Zealand is looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer to join our team. This role focuses on franchise sales, helping prospective franchisees join Jim’s Bathrooms & Resurfacing across Australia and New Zealand.
We are a family-owned operation helping builders build consistent, sustainable businesses. We provide our franchisees with the brand, systems, marketing, and support they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling inbound franchise enquiries across Australia and New Zealand.
- Building rapport and qualifying prospective franchisees for suitability.
- Booking and running virtual appointments.
- Clearly presenting the franchise opportunity, investment, and inclusions.
- Handling questions and objections with confidence and honesty.
- Following up consistently and keeping opportunities moving.
- Maintaining an organised sales pipeline with accurate notes and next steps.
- Closing franchise sales and coordinating a smooth handover to our onboarding team.
No cold calling required unless you want to. We need someone who’ll give every enquiry the attention it deserves.
Who will fit in here? Someone who backs themselves, takes initiative, and does what they say they’ll do. You’ll have proven experience closing high-value sales, be comfortable talking to business owners, and know how to ask for the sale. Listening, honesty, and good judgement matter just as much as confidence.
We’re looking for:
- A proven track record in high-ticket sales or a similar sales environment.
- Strong phone, video, and written communication skills.
- Consistent follow-up habits.
- The ability to explain value and work through objections.
- Good ethics, a strong work ethic, and accountability.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute ideas.
- A sense of humour.
Experience in franchise sales or selling to trades and business owners is a bonus but not a necessity. We can show you the ropes of the bathroom renovation business quickly.

We’re open to negotiating an attractive commission structure for the right candidate, with superannuation included in the agreed remuneration package. You’ll have inbound enquiries to work with and will be speaking with people who have already expressed interest in joining the franchise.
You’ll work directly with our founder and operations manager, have the support of the team, and the chance to contribute as we grow. A company phone and laptop are provided, along with support to learn our offering and sales process.
This role will begin with a 3-6 month contract, with a transition to full-time for the right person. You’ll primarily work from our office in Kogarah NSW 2217, with the option to work from home one day per week if you wish.
