Reporting directly to the builder, you'll take a hands-on role across all aspects of carpentry on custom new homes, renovations and extensions.

Key responsibilities
Undertaking carpentry work from framing through to fix-out and finishing.
Leading day-to-day carpentry activities and keeping work progressing efficiently.
Working independently, interpreting plans and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Training and mentoring apprentices, demonstrating correct techniques and safe work practices.
Communicating with the builder, team members and other trades.
Working with modern building methods, materials and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Maintaining a safe, organised and professional worksite.
About you
A Certificate III in Carpentry.
A current driver's licence and White Card.
Experience across residential carpentry.
The ability to work without supervision and plan work effectively.
The ability and patience to train and support apprentices.
A positive attitude towards modern construction practices and ongoing learning.
Attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality finish.
Previous leading hand experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
